Refund Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days from the date your order is shipped. Returned items must be new and unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all parts, components, manuals, cables, and other accessories.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first request authorization through official channels. Due to the nature of HushDenAqua’s products, all returns require prior authorization. Any returned items received without authorization will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, and all returns are subject to a $15 Restocking Fee.

Return Instructions & Procedure
- Locate the "Support" section in the website footer, navigate to the "Contact us" page, and reach out to us to obtain a return request. Our Customer Success team will review your request. If approved, a return shipping label will be provided to you; if your item requires shipment via a freight carrier, we will arrange a call tag and coordinate freight pickup. To verify the condition of the item when it leaves your possession, we recommend taking photos of the item before shipping.
- Items returned via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS can be dropped off at your local collection center or drop box; if your item requires a freight carrier, the carrier will schedule an appointment for pickup at your residential or business address.
- Once your returned item arrives at HushDenAqua’s warehouse, our team will inspect the package and its contents. Upon successful inspection, we will process the applicable refund to your original payment method, or issue store credit/gift card—whichever you prefer. Please note: All refund amounts will have the return shipping label cost deducted and are subject to a $15 Restocking Fee.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account; store credit or gift cards will be issued within 2 business days.
Rejected Returns & Partial Refunds
- Any returned item received that is not new, unused, or in its original packaging/condition may be rejected by HushDenAqua, or only eligible for a partial refund—at HushDenAqua’s discretion.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after its original shipping date may be rejected by HushDenAqua, or only eligible for a partial refund—at HushDenAqua’s discretion.
GOVERNING LAW- These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Spain.
